1. All deposits are NON refundable. 2.The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee will be applied to anything above normal wear and tear along with full replacement cost to damaged items. A $10 fee will be applied for each missing and/or broken glasses. 3. Executive Transportation is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date within 365 days. 4. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. 5. Executive Transportation is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 6. Balances to be paid to the driver on the date of the reservation before travel begins. 7. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Cancellation Policies: 2 week minimum notice required for cancellation of a Bus reservation. 7 days minimum notice required for any booked Stretch Limousine or Hourly reservations. 2 hours minimum notification required for any Airport, or Point to Point Sedan and/or SUV reservations in order to qualify for refund. There will be no refunds on deposits and no exceptions made to the above listed agreements. All cancellations to be communicated with Executive Transportation at Reservations@ExecutiveCarMN.com
